Structure, ownership and registration

ResGrow AS is a limited responsibility company registered in Norway in which CEO Henrik Wiig owns 100% of the shares. The purpose is to develop new innovative businesses in developing countries. A part of this strategy is to create local companies to conduct businesses in the GHG producing countries once the initiative has reached a certain maturity level. ResGrow hence owns 100% of the “daugther” company C2Biotrade SAS registered in Colombia.
